The Next Chapter —
Your 1:1 Coaching Journey
A six-month, deeply personalised coaching and psychotherapy-informed container for women who are ready to move from surviving their divorce to designing a life they love.
What we’ll work through together:
Reclaiming Your Identity
Rediscovering who you are outside of the marriage — your values, your desires, your authentic self.
Empowered Decision Making
Building the internal clarity and confidence to make decisions that align with your values — not your fears.
Healing the Story
Using narrative therapy and somatic techniques to process grief, release old patterns, and rewrite your inner narrative.
Designing Your Next Chapter
Creating a concrete, soul-aligned vision for your life — relationships, home, purpose, wellbeing — and a grounded plan to build it.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
The Next Chapter runs for six months, with the option of a three-month intensive for women who are further along in their journey. We'll discuss what's right for you on the discovery call.
-
It is integrative — drawing on psychotherapeutic techniques within a coaching framework. I am a qualified psychotherapist, and this informs the depth of our work. However, if you require clinical therapy for a diagnosed condition, I will always refer you appropriately.
-
We meet via Zoom for 60-minute sessions, typically fortnightly. Between sessions, you have Voxer voice note access for ongoing support, plus bespoke reflection materials tailored to your journey.
-
The six-month programme is £5,500, payable as a single investment or in three monthly instalments. A payment plan is available upon request. The discovery call is always free.
-
Not necessarily. Some women come to me mid-divorce, others a year or two after. What matters is that you feel ready to move forward intentionally. If you're not sure, the discovery call will help us both assess the fit.
